Over the years, when we reflect on the history of DnB music worldwide, there are a handful of tunes and some specific artists that immediately come to mind, when it comes to shaping the genre into what it is today. On Sat. 11/23/24 Drum & Bass fans will have the honor of witnessing DJ SUV (formerly of the Roni Size Reprazent) make a rare east coast appearance. DJ SUV has been an intrigal part of the DnB genre since the very begining and is considered one of the finest examples of production talent to emerge from Bristol UK (the heart of birthplace of Jungle and DnB Music).
Fans will not just get the pleasure of watching DJ Suv, a Mercury Prize Award Winning Artist, do work behind the decks. DJ Suv will have some support by some of Florida’s top local and regional talent such as MTpockets, Hellman, and Illterror who absolutely understand the assignment.
However, that isn’t all, the folks at Neverland Music Festival will be flying in another legend from the Electronic Music Scene in Los Angeles KAMEO. Kameo is a well-respected DJ, Producers and Remixer of House Music, who has been in the game since the early days of the SoCal Rave scene. This is another exceptional rare performance by a man who generally only visits the fine state of Florida for WMC/Ultra in Miami each year.
Kameo will be supported by the amazing Funkshway and Freelance who will be playing various styles of house, tech house, bass house and more to keep people dancing all night long. You heard that right… this event will be from 10pm – 6am!!!
As if that wasn’t enough, this will all go down in a VERY LIMITED CAPACITY WAREHOUSE location with a perfectly tuned DANLEY SOUND LABS sound system.
